This document is published in accordance with the "Information Technology (Guidelines for Intermediaries) Rules 2011", which requires the publication of rules and regulations as well as the Loanyee Loan mobile application platform and any other applications or software. The brand name "Loanyee Loan". These user terms and conditions ("User Terms and Conditions") apply to the access and use of any Loanyee Loan application or software, whether through a mobile application or on any other media platform (hereinafter referred to as "website" or "Loanyee Loan") ). The person who visits or uses our website or uses the loans and facilities on our website (collectively referred to as the "service") is hereinafter referred to as "user" or "you". 

By visiting this website, you agree that these user terms and conditions will become a legally binding agreement between the user and us ("hereinafter referred to as "loan NBFC", "company", "lender" (if applicable)) 

1.Collection of personally identifiable information 

When you use our platform, whether it is our website or our application, we will collect and store the information (personal information) you provide from time to time, and explicitly ask for your permission to obtain the required information. Our main goal in doing so is to provide you with a safe, efficient, smooth and customized experience and service. This allows us to provide services and features that meet your needs, and customize our platform to make your experience safer and easier, and to improve the services we provide. More importantly, we will collect personal information from you that we believe is necessary to achieve the above-mentioned purposes. 

The information collected by the application and how it is used depends on how you manage the privacy controls on your device. 

When you install the application, we will store the information we collect using a unique identifier associated with the device you use. 

We collect information from the device when you download and install the application, and explicitly ask for your permission to obtain the required information from the device. 

The information we collect from your device includes unique ID, that is, IMEI number, operating system information, SDK version and mobile network information (including operator name, SIM card serial number and SIM card slot), your personal data information, List of installed applications, Wi-Fi information. 

We collect information about your device to provide automatic updates and additional security so that your account cannot be used on other people's devices. In addition, this information provides us with valuable feedback about your identity as the device holder and your device behavior, so that we can improve our services and provide you with an enhanced customized user experience. 

2. User registration 

In order to participate in certain activities on this app, you may need to create an account. If you want to create an account with us, you can do so by completing the registration process. You agree to a) provide true, accurate, correct and complete information as prompted by the applicable registration form b) maintain and update the true, accurate, correct and complete information you provided during the registration process.   

  

You may need to register as a future login account with the SIM number on the device where you downloaded the app,  

you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your register number (hereinafter referred to as "account"). 

  

  

  

If at any time the company believes that your account has been abused in any way, or the information you provided during the registration process is untrue, inaccurate or incomplete, the company reserves the right to cancel your account and prevent you from accessing this application right.  

  

You are fully responsible for any and all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify the company of any unauthorized use of your account or any breach of security. The company does not bear any responsibility for any losses caused to you due to others using your account or your failure to comply with the provisions of this article. 

 

If you are no longer able to use the services of the company and the partnership, you can request us to cancel your data through the customer service mechanism in the app. 

 

3.Disclosure statement 

Loanyee Loan needs to collect the following personal/sensitive information, and you can use the app functions normally after you agree, including: 

Contact list and SMS information: 

We will collect all your mobile phone numbers and contact names from your device phone book; 

After we have collected it, we will use it to: help you pre-fill the contact information for the detection of the loan risk control system, help you verify loan eligibility, speed up the loan application process, and send a collection text message when you are overdue. 

Collecting and evaluating your SMS and Contact lists is necessary to prevent bots or informal users from burdening the server. 

Your information will be kept confidential and encrypted on our server, and will not be disclosed to any third party, only for the use of this app. 

Location information: 

We need to obtain your location permission and collect your GPS location when you fill in the geographic location; 

After we have collected the location information, it will be used to: confirm whether your location is within the scope of our service;

Camera permissions: 

We need to obtain your camera permissions; 

After we collect it, we will use it to: take ID photos and perform facial recognition to confirm your true identity and speed up your loan application process; 

Your information will be kept confidential and encrypted on our server, and will not be disclosed to any third party, only for use by this app. 

Identity verification information: 

We will obtain your identity verification information from your ID photo; 

We will read the ID number according to the ID photo, help you pre-fill information and confirm your qualifications, and provide corresponding loan services according to your qualifications; 

Your information will be kept confidential and encrypted on our server, and will not be disclosed to any third party, only for use by this app. 

Equipment, operator and network information: 

We need to obtain your equipment, operator and network information; 

After we collect, we will apply it to: to ensure that your equipment and network are normal, to ensure that you can use the program normally;

The above permissions will not be turned on by default, and will be turned on only after you click to confirm the authorization, and will be used when implementing functions or services.

4. Limitation of Liability 

Use the Loanyee Loan application at your own risk. Although we make reasonable efforts to ensure the safety and functionality of our application, these efforts may fail and errors may occur. Under no circumstances will the company or any other party involved in the creation, production or delivery of the content of this application pay any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential or punitive damages of any kind, or any damages caused thereby Bear the responsibility for loss of use, computer virus or system failure, or loss of data or profits caused by or related to the use or execution of this application (or the content provided by any application  related to third party), or the user cannot use the content contained in this application , based on any theory of responsibility. We are not responsible for any loss or damage caused or caused by your reliance on the content of this website. In any case, our liability for any damage, loss or cause of litigation (whether contract or tort, including but not limited to negligence or other) shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the visit (if any ) This application.

If we sincerely believe that it is out of compliance with any applicable laws, regulations, legal procedures or enforceable government requirements/actions or in any way necessary to protect our rights or interests. These third-party websites and advertisers or Internet advertising companies working on our behalf sometimes use technology to send or provide data that appears on our apps. When this happens, they will automatically receive your IP address. Please note that we do not have the right to access or control the cookies or other features they may use, and this privacy policy does not cover the information practices of these advertisers and third-party websites. Therefore, we are not responsible for the information or content they may contain, nor are we responsible for the privacy practices adopted in them. Please contact them directly for more information about their privacy policy. This privacy policy only applies to the information we collect through Loanyee Loan. 

6. Termination 

If we have the sole discretion to determine that you have violated any of these user terms and conditions or otherwise participated in the behavior of our sole discretion, we will have the right to immediately terminate this agreement with you and your use of this website is unacceptable. After these user terms and conditions are terminated or expired, your obligations and our rights and disclaimers still exist, but your right to use this website terminates immediately. Any express waiver or failure to timely exercise any rights under these user terms and conditions will not result in continued waiver or any non-execution expectations. 

7. Changes to this privacy policy 

Loanyee Loan reserves the right to change, modify, add or delete parts of this privacy policy at any time for any reason. If there are any changes to the privacy policy, we will update it on the website. Unless otherwise stated, these changes will take effect immediately once they are published. We encourage you to check this page regularly for the latest information on our privacy practices.
